About Jason Scorsone
Jason Scorsone gained wide-ranging experience in different capacities within Halliburton. As the Global Technical Development Manager, he spearheaded initiatives that revolutionized the company’s Service Quality. He revamped training programs by infusing them with competency-based modules, significantly improving operational efficiency and employee productivity. His leadership was not confined to a single continent; he oversaw successful projects across Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. As the Operations Manager in these countries, he led campaigns that improved Return on Investment (ROI) and expanded market share.
His educational qualifications are equally impressive and are the bedrock of his career achievements. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Louisiana State University. Not one to rest on his laurels, he further honed his leadership and management skills by enrolling in Business Leadership Development programs at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, where he consistently outperformed his peers.
Away from the corridors of corporate power, Jason lives a life rich in social commitments and personal pursuits. A Cub Scout Den Leader in his community, he invests time and energy in mentoring young men imparting essential life skills and ethical values.
