He currently serves Halliburton Energy Services as a Global Technical Advisor. He is committed to his family and volunteers in his church and local community.

At Halliburton, he is a Global Technical Advisor specializing in water-based drilling fluids for Baroid. He concurrently serves as his Product Service Line global focal point for Halliburton Project Management (HPM).
Career History
Before his current assignments, Jason was a Global Technical Development Manager for Halliburton. He helped create a strong foundation for his company’s Service Quality by integrating competency-based responsibilities of operational employees into an overhauled training curriculum. He held previous responsibilities in international Halliburton business as Operations Manager of Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). During his 18 months in Indonesia, Halliburton Baroid improved Return on Investment (ROI) by 10% and market share by 3%. When he was manager of the United Arab Emirates, his business improved ROI by 7x within 24 months. He has also been a Global Product Manager for Halliburton Baroid, managing multiple segments within the drilling fluids service line. His technical expertise is in wellbore stability, wellbore pressure management, rheology, and lost circulation management.
Academic Background
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Chemistry from Louisiana State University, specializing in Polymer Chemistry. He has completed multiple Business Leadership Development programs at the Mays Business School Center for Executive Development at Texas A&M University – where he consistently was identified by faculty as the Top Performer of his classes.
Charity and Philanthropy
Jason has a love for mentoring and helping others to be successful. He is a Cub Scout Den leader for his community, where he supports other parents to guide young men into adulthood, including his two sons. He is an active member of his Catholic Church and participates in the annual food pantry for those in need.
Personal Life and Interests
He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. His passion for nature stems from his roots as an Eagle Scout and former Boy Scout. He enjoys reading and is an enthusiast of the teachings of Stoicism.

Jason’s expertise in drilling fluids and rheology has awarded him nine patents and co-authorship of nine technical manuscripts. He was Chairman of the 2014 Fluids Technical Conference for the American Association of Drilling Engineers. His success as the country manager for Halliburton Baroid in Indonesia and Operations Manager in UAE highlights his ability to leverage his technical knowledge, operational leadership, global perspective, financial acumen, and people process orientation. He has a proven track record of business realignment through any market condition via management of an adequate balance sheet, attention to detail, and focus on his stakeholders’ needs while building long-term solid business relationships.
